Notice is hereby given that the 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alumni Association, NCE Bengal and Jadavpur University, Mumbai Branch will be held on Saturday, 5 September 2026, at Lake Club, Lake Lucerne, Lake Homes Phase III, Powai, Mumbai – 400076

Time: 7.00 pm onward s
Venue: Lake Club, Lake Lucerne, Lake Homes Phase III, Powai, Mumbai – 400076
The schedule for the evening is as follows:

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm: 46th Trust AGM
8:15 pm to 9:15 pm: 70th Alumni Association AGM

The business to be transacted at the AGM is as follows:

To elect a Chairman to preside over the meeting.
To confirm the Minutes of the 69th Annual General Meeting held on 7 September 2025.
To present a report on the activities of the Mumbai Branch during the year 2025–26.
To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts together with the Auditor Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
To appoint the Auditor for the financial year 2026–27 and fix his remuneration.
To receive, consider and approve the proposed budget for the financial year 2026–27, along with the tentative programme calendar and the current financial position of the Association.
To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.


The AGM will be followed by dinner. Members are warmly invited to attend the dinner along with their family members.

The dinner contribution is:

INR 650 per person for attendees aged 10 years and above.

We request all members to attend the AGM and participate in the proceedings. Your presence and valuable suggestions will help strengthen our Association.
